Tim Glasson is the Chief Development Officer. He is responsible for leading M&A, Integration, and Marketing as well as supporting Operations, Business Development, Resourcing, and Contracts.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Glasson held prominent C-Level positions as a President, SVP of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and SVP of Logistics in the Transportation, Logistics, Utilities and Consulting industries. Mr. Glasson has gained experience working with several Boards and equity groups to include startups, high growth, mergers and acquisitions, integration, and exit strategies. Mr. Glasson has started five companies from the ground floor and orchestrated two of them being sold at over 7.5 times EBITDA. He has led operations with full P&L responsibility with revenues over $160M and 2,000 employees.
His heavy discipline in operations, customer service, financial management and analysis has allowed him to help several companies become very successful. His astute understanding in finance and operations has allowed him to maximize value for companies through superior metrics, discipline, and overall performance while building incredible teams.
Mr. Glasson earned his MBA in Finance and Accounting, while graduating with honors, from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and has a BBA in Management from Amberton University in Dallas, Texas.
Married with three grown children and four grandsons, Mr. Glasson enjoys spending time with his family, running and endurance events.
