Jan Hainbach is the Senior Vice President of Finance for AM Technical Solutions and manages all AMTS accounting staff. Ms. Hainbach’s financial accounting career spans over 30 years in multiple industries.
Shortly after joining AMTS in 2000, she led a very successful enterprise accounting software conversion for the company. Currently, she oversees the Finance, accounting, payroll and human resource functions.
Prior to joining AM, Ms. Hainbach spent 13 years working for a hospital management corporation with 19 separate facilities and gross revenue of $288 million. As Corporate Accounting Manager there, she prepared the consolidated financial statements and supervised the corporate accounting department as well as the cash management for all facilities. Ms. Hainbach’s experience also includes a position as Accounting Manager for a chain of computer retail stores, and an accounting position at a private university in Houston.
Ms. Hainbach is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and is a member of the Austin Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs. She has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Managerial Accounting, has attended both The University of Texas and St. Edward’s University, and is currently working toward her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
Ms. Hainbach is a BMW motorcycle enthusiast and has made multiple long-distance motorcycle rides traversing the American west from Texas to Washington State. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter who currently lives in the Seattle area.
