Tim Self, Chairman
Mr. Self founded AM Technical Solutions in 1994, is a 54% owner, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the company's Executive Committee. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Self held a number of engineering and consulting positions at companies such as Union Carbide, Integrated Gas Systems and FST Consulting Group.
Mr. Self's semiconductor industry experience spans 22 years, and he has extensive expertise in system certification and equipment start-up procedures. Mr. Self has published a number of articles on the installation of process systems and has held memberships in the Institute of Environmental Sciences, the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Mr. Self has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.


Kelly McAndrew, President & CEO
Kelly McAndrew is the President/Chief Executive Officer for AM Technical Solutions. He currently serves on the company's Executive Committee and Board of Directors. A natural leader and coach, McAndrew implemented efficient and effective operational methodologies after being named Director of Operations in 2002. In 2004 Mr. McAndrew was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and was instrumental in implementing an effective sales and marketing organization and doubling revenues in just 2.5 years. An articulate and persuasive communicator, Mr McAndrew's decisive management style has enhanced the professionalism and cultural foundation of AM Technical Solutions, enabling the company's rapid growth and strong profitability.
Mr. McAndrew's semiconductor experience spans over 15 years. He was an Account Manager with Unit Instruments prior to joining AM Technical Solutions in 1998 . Mr. McAndrew has attended courses at both the University of New Mexico and the University of Texas. He has held General Contractor state licensing in both New Mexico and Arizona and is currently a member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers.

Johannes Brinkmann, CFO
Johannes Brinkmann is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Corporate Development for AM Technical Solutions. He currently serves on the company's Executive Committee and Board of Directors. After joining AM Technical Solutions in 2000, Mr. Brinkmann was instrumental in navigating the company through the severe semi-conductor industry downturn while re-positioning AM Technical Solutions for today's rapid growth and strong profitability.
Mr. Brinkmann's semiconductor experience spans 14 years. Prior to joining AM Technical Solutions, Mr. Brinkmann was President and CEO of the US operations of STEAG Electronic Systems, a leading provider of Semiconductor Processing Equipment. At STEAG Mr. Brinkmann managed the successful integration of two acquisitions into STEAG, before STEAG was acquired by Mattson Technology. Prior to joining STEAG, Mr. Brinkmann was a senior tax consultant at Ernst & Young. Mr. Brinkmann is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and has a Bachelor in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
