What kind of equipment do you use?
AM Technical Solutions owns and uses a variety of industry standard analytical certification or inspection equipment. We can also use our customer’s equipment if he prefers.
Is the calibration up to date and documented?
Yes, AM Technical Solutions’ equipment coordinator ensures that all of our equipment stays within calibration guidelines and standards.
Who calibrates your equipment?
We employ a full time equipment coordinator to ensure our equipment remains up to date with calibration requirements. Typically, calibrations are performed by the manufacturer of the equipment.
What kind of resources (people and equipment) do you have available?
AM Technical Solutions has an experienced team of project managers, QA inspectors, and Analytical Technicians to support any size QA project.
Is your equipment cutting edge or antiquated?
All of our equipment meets or exceeds industry standards for the required testing activity.
In what types of industries do you have experience?
Semiconductor, BioPharmceutical, Biotechnology, National Laboratories, and University labs and research facilities.
How long would it take you to staff-up for my scope?
Depending on the size of the project, AM Technical Solutions can mobilize the required manpower and equipment within a few days. Larger scopes of work may require up to one month.

UHP piping, electrical installations, mechanical systems, and architectural installations.
What type of analytical testing services does AM Technical Solutions provide?
Helium Leak Detection, Particle testing, moisture and oxygen testing, and Ultra Pure Water testing.

A-M can provide QAQC services for all projects ranging from multi-million dollar semiconductor installations to occasional testing for sustaining type projects.
